How much does a course cost?
It depends on the number of credits or contact hours of a course. We have basically two types of courses: 3-credit courses (36 contact hours) and 4.5-credit courses (54 contact hours). We charge LE 510 for the 36-hour course and LE 765 for the 54-hour course. Early registration entitles you for discounts (LE 495 and 743, instead of LE 510 and 765, respectively)

During the hold period, students may transfer to another class after seeking help from the division (Room 108). At the end of the hold period, or in case of a cancelled class, you may obtain 100% tuition refund or may choose to postpone your tuition fee for the coming term.

You can check for classes on hold or cancelled by contacting the division (Contact Us). You may also ask at Room 101 AUC Downtown or first floor in Heliopolis facility. It depends on two factors: (a) the number of courses per certificate, (b) the number of courses that you register in, and pass, per term. For example, if the certificate contains 10 courses and you register in five courses per term and pass them successfully, you can finish your certificate in two terms. Usually, it takes more than two terms to complete ten courses.
Is it possible to take a course in a shorter period of time?
Our regular terms are either 12-week or six-week terms. If you wish to take courses on a more intensive basis, you should revert to our customized programs where the training terms are different. However, the intensive courses that you might take are not equivalent to regular courses and do not lead to a certificate.
