The Young Scienctist Camp
The Young Scientists Camp aims to build students’ curiosity and enthusiasm for science by doing hands-on educational science and engineering activities. The camp provides an environment where young learners discover that science is fun and interesting; it engages students in competitions and games and encourages active learning through investigation, experimentation, play and demonstration.
The program also aims to demystify science and encourage students to pursue careers in science; stress the importance of science in everyday life and in economic development; stress on environmental conservation; teach traditional and alternative energy resources, and energy conservation; illustrate some of the material related to the students school curriculum.
