Exhibition, organized by the
American
University in Cairo - AUC
and the
American Society of Mechanical Engineers - ASME, in collaboration with
Cairo University. The conference was held on January 11-13, 2008
in Sharm El
Sheikh, Egypt and offered a forum for scientists and
researchers to exchange information and ideas and find out the latest
developments and trends in the emerging area of Nanotechnology. Several

The Euromed workshop
on nanomaterials - sponsored by the European Commission and the Academy
of Scientific Research and Technology (RDI program) - was held during
the conference. Several European and Regional experts in the field of
nanomaterials presented their latest research findings during the three
sessions of the workshop.

El Khazindar Business Research and Case Center (KCC) at AUC recently published a new casebook, “Cases on Business and Management in the MENA Region: New Trends and Opportunities,” that includes 17 quality cases as well as teaching notes for faculty who use them in their teaching.
