Preventive Measures

  • Advise AUC community on EOAA laws and regulations
  • Advise on complaint procedures
  • Counsel with complainants among students, faculty and staff
  • Disseminate information on diversity and other pertinent EO issues, through meetings
  • Advise on diversity, discrimiantion and harassment issues, hiring, pre employment and screening procedures from an equal opportunity perspective


Curative Measures

  • Advise on different options to resolve a dispute
  • Mediate disputes and conflicts 
  • Reach and enforce satisfactory agreements
  • Investigate complaints
  • Recommend disciplinary action
