Vision

EOAA is the official channel through which AUC affirms its commitment to a culture in which diversity and equality of opportunity are actively promoted, recognized and implemented, and in which there is zero tolerance for any form of harassment or discrimination. EOAA envisions the equal opportunity culture integrated into the institute’s co-curricular services and programs, as well as in all interpersonal relationships across the university.

Mission

EOAA helps the institution meet its legal obligations towards recruitment and employment procedures as well as in educational programs, services and activities. EOAA promotes, sustains and enforces the equal opportunity policy of AUC through various channels, including reviewal and training and acts as conflict resolution resource to the AUC community. The office also supports and enhances the institute’s commitment to diversity, and to ensure an environment free of any form of discrimination or harassment.
