Hisham El Gindy is a certified internal auditor and plays an active role as board member and head of the certification committee in the Cairo Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is also a certified fraud examiner. He has spent his entire career in internal auditing, starting with the Abdul Latif Jameel Group in Saudi Arabia and then moving back to Cairo to join KPMG Hazem Hassan (a member firm of KPMG International), where he was head of the internal audit department offering internal audit services to corporations that chose to outsource this function.

Ola Raafat, CPA

Ola Raafat is a certified public accountant who started her career at Arthur Andersen, Egypt, one of the leading external audit firms in the world, where she spent five years, after which she moved to the NGO Service Center – USAID, as a financial analyst / manager. Ola’s experience and exposure to both audit and financial environments and her personal ethical and professional standards place her in a leading role at AUC's Internal Audit Office.

Sameh Abdel Fadil, CIA
Internal Audit Manager

Sameh Abdel Fadil spent his whole career in auditing and finance. He started at Arthur Anderson, one of the leading external audit firms in the world, where he spent his early years of experience, after which he moved to Mobinil, one of the leading mobile companies in Egypt, as senior internal auditor, where he became one of the pioneers in applying the Sarbanes Oxley Act in Egyptian companies. Sameh is a founding member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Cairo Chapter, as well as head of the professional seminar and professional issues committee in the Cairo Chapter.
