The human resources (HR) office at AUC aims to hire and maintain highly skilled, competent and scalable personnel who are able to accomplish and develop the university's mission and goals.
The office provides a wide array of
benefits and actively contributes to the on-going development -- both
professional and
personal -- of staff.
The office is also responsible for monitoring work processes and making recommendations as to how they can be continuously refined and improved.

HR Day 2008
The Human Resources Day for supporting staff is an annual event organized by the HR office, sponsored by senior administration, and attended by representatives of the various constituents of AUC: administrators, faculty and staff. The main goal is to honor employees who have spent several years of servcie at AUC ranging from 15 to 40 years.

End-of-service celebration
In recognition of the dedicated services that AUC personnel provide to the university, the Human Resources Office organizes an annual End-of-Service Recognition celebrarion for all AUC staff who will retire at the end of each academic year.
