Rent only during the school year not available in July or August.

Hard wood floors, satellite TV, very well decorated Egyptian, French, Western furniture, huge kitchen. All bathrooms are big, and the view is perfect from every direction. Dining room seats 8, if you have a party the furniture alone can easily fit 20 people because there are like for living rooms.

Great lighting, well-maintained, two bedrooms share a bathroom and the other is next to the guest bathroom, perfect for house parties and inviting over guests because there is a lot of space and plenty of seating.

- The best view in the city! 1 Balcony, 1 living room/reception/dining room, hard wood floors, not a great kitchen, 2 big rooms and one small one. Wireless, Air conditioning and heating, landline. Furniture is comfortable and the bedrooms have big closets. This apartment is great for entertaining the building residents especially on this floor are majority foreigners. Not available during the summer months.
