• 1.5 Bathrooms
• Balcony, Living room, Reception room, Dressing Room, Air conditioning, wireless, landline.  Quiet neighborhood easy access to shops and restaurants, people are very friendly and helpful, 5 minute cab ride to Maadi proper and 10 minute cab ride to the new campus.  Best neighborhood to live in for commuting to the new campus, filling up with AUC students very quickly.

• 2 bedrooms, one with two beds
• •1 Bathroom
• Balcony, Living room, Reception, Air conditioning in every room, Wireless, and landline.  Quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, satellite TV, washer, dining room, neighbor to an art/deco studio.  A/C is really powerful and has heat capability for the winter, kitchen and bathroom have fans.  10 minutes from new campus and 2 minutes from the best restaurants in New Maadi, 2 minutes from the grand mall!  GREAT LOCATION FOR STUDENTS!  Owners are chill, can have mixed couple guests and even parties, can room 3, but comfortably 2.  Availability:  One room available current leaseholder (AUC student) looking for roommate.

• 3 Bedrooms
• 2 Bathrooms
• Balcony, Living Room, Air Conditioning, landline internet connection.  Within walking distance to great cuisine, closest district to the ring road that leads to new campus, large windows, great view!  New Maadi is becoming the new Zamalek for AUC students, parties, and apartment renters get it now while you can.

• 2 Bedrooms
• 1 Bathroom
• Balcony, living room, reception, air conditioning, and landline internet connection.  It’s a beautiful view you can even see the pyramids, old Cairo, New Cairo, and  the Nile.  Conservative neighborhood, it’s near a prison so stay covered and don’t walk alone at night, metro is a minute walk.  It’s very far to the old campus, and only about 20 minutes from the new campus.  Not a very social scene, you pretty much stay to yourself.

• Living Room, Air conditioning, ADSL and Landline. It has a private garden and the terms are one month deposit and one month in advance.

• 2 Bedrooms
• 2 Bathrooms
• Living Room, Reception, Air conditioning, ADSL and Landline. Brand new apartment with full kitchen, dining room, washer, satellite dish TV, nice open view with a garden in front. 20 minutes drive to new campus, easy access to shops and restaurants, 5 min to the center of Maadi, 24 hours security in building and reserved parking space in basement.
