AUC is grateful for gifts of every size. The support of our alumni, parents, and friends enables us to provide an outstanding academic experience for our talented students and has helped make us the world-class institution we are today. 

You may choose to make an outright gift or pledge at any time. Pledges enable a donor to plan a personal giving program that is both convenient and tax-wise. A pledge may enable some donors to consider a more significant gift than would have been otherwise possible.

You may also be able to increase the impact of your gift. Many companies match a charitable contribution made by employees – this could double or even triple your support!

Cash and Credit Card

Cash gifts are the easiest and most direct way to support the University and are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law in the U.S., Canada and Egypt. There are a number of ways to make your cash or credit card gifts including:

Messenger

AUC alumni, parents and friends living in Egypt can have their contributions picked up from their office or home by messenger. Please call 2615.2487/2488 or e-mail develop@aucegypt.edu to arrange a pick-up time and location that's most convenient for you.

Payroll Deduction

AUC faculty and staff members may choose to support AUC via payroll deduction, with fixed amounts deducted automatically every month over a set period of time. Automatic deduction plans can be updated and renewed by notifying the Development Office at 2615.2487/2488 or via e-mail at develop@aucegypt.edu.

Planned Giving

Planned or deferred gifts such as bequests, a gift of appreciated assets, an assignment of a life insurance policy, a gift of real estate or a charitable annuity, provide an opportunity for donors to structure long-term deferred gifts in ways that are beneficial both to the donor and to AUC.  For more information, please contact the Development Office at 2615.2487/2488 or e-mail develop@aucegypt.edu.
