Mustafa Toprak is an assistant professor of educational administration at AUC's Graduate School of Education. He was awarded a BA in English Language Education from Boğaziçi University and an MA degree in educational administration from Fırat University. He also earned a PhD degree in educational administration from Gaziantep University with his dissertation titled: “Teachers’ involvement in and commitment to educational change: A mixed method study of public schools" He previously worked as a student counselor at Center for Talented Youth organized by Johns Hopkins University, taught English at various levels of education, worked as Erasmus Coordinator of Adıyaman University, and also served as vice-chair of intensive English teaching unit of School of Foreign Languages at Zirve University. Before joining AUC Graduate School of Education, Toprak was an assistant professor of educational administration at Zirve University where he taught educational sciences courses at undergraduate/graduate level and supervised MA theses.
