In regular programs, the time, venue and cost of training are fixed for a given term in an academic year. The major traits of regular offerings are:

• Programs are offered during the academic year in the Fall and Spring terms. Selected courses will be offered in the summer.
• Classes are scheduled on a term basis
• A course tuition fee is fixed based on its credit, which is expressed in Instructional Units (IUs).
• Students are assessed and grades are assigned for each course
• The performance is measured by Grade Point Average (GPA) which is a numeric value ranging from 0 to 4.
• Certificates and transcripts are issued upon successful completion of courses /certificates
