CLT offers its own support for WebCT users and would-be users through its STA (Student Technology Assistant) Program. Faculty members are assigned an STA for a one-on-one training on WebCT "at their own pace and on their own schedules". They are trained on various features of WebCT, and are helped in developing 1, 2 or 3 courses/semester. Faculty members can retain the services of the STAs for a second semester, if they so wish, to complete the development of their courses.
