The ID and Visitors Services Unit is located in the AUC Library (Greek Campus) and open Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm For more information, contact (797) 6361.

Obtain an ID Card (New Students)
Once you have completed the registration process, take your receipt to the ID and Visitors Services Unit. The following documents are needed:

• Receipt of payment stamped "ISSUE ID CARD".
  If you have a tuition receipt or have a receipt of payment from the New York Office, take it to the Controller's Office for an "ISSUE ID CARD" stamp. If you have a "Staff Scholarship" or if you are a "Sponsored Student/fellowship holder", you should also bring a document bearing the stamp "ISSUE ID CARD". You may obtain it from the Student Financial Affairs Office in Room 163A, Main Building.
  
• Personal identification such as an ID card for Egyptian students and a passport for International students.

Renew an ID Card (Continuing Students)
Once you have completed the registration process, take your receipt and ID card to the ID and Visitors Services Unit to obtain a sticker for the new semester.

Replace a Lost ID Card
If your AUC ID card is lost, you may obtain a new one from the ID and Visitors Services Unit. You will need to present your "ISSUE ID CARD" permit and personal identification card. A fee of LE 250 is required.
