Master's Degree and Graduate Diploma in Gender and Women's Studies  
The graduate program in Gender and Women’s Studies at AUC offers an interdisciplinary field of analysis that draws its questions and approaches from the humanities and social sciences through investigating how relations of gender are embedded in social, political, and cultural formations. It provides students with a unique interdisciplinary and transnational perspective with special emphasis on the Middle East and North African region.

Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) and Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Administration (DPPA)
The objectives of the MPPA program are to equip future leaders with the conceptual framework and the specific skills needed to be effective and innovative policymakers and administrators in various spheres of governance within governmental, regional, international and multinational institutions through structural course work, internship and research addressing public policy and administration issues in the region.

Master of Science in Biotechnology
The Master of Science program in biotechnology provides postgraduate education to prepare students for a career in biotechnology through the construction of a firm foundation in the science and engineering of biotechnology and to provide an introduction to bio entrepreneurship.
