Hala El-Ramly
Hala El-Ramly earned her B.A. from American University in Cairo in 1985. She earned her M.A. in 1993 and Ph.D. in 1998 from the University of Houston. Her major for all three degrees was Economics. El-Ramly has worked for the University of Houston, BBC Language School, Team International, and Arab African International Bank. She is interested in using time series analysis to study the behavior (such as stationarity vs non-stationarity) of macroeconomic variables such as inflation rates.
