Drew Ciccarello, Associate Professor of Management, came to AUC from the University of Charleston (West Virginia) where he served as Chair of the Graduate Programs in Business and Director of the Executive MBA Program. In addition to the United States, Ciccarello has extensive international teaching experience, having taught in Latin America, Eastern Europe, Pakistan, and China. In China, he was presented the "Excellence in Teaching" Award at Guangzhou University, the first foreign professor to receive the award.

Ciccarello's research interests include organization development in multicultural environments; relationship between cultural values to workgroup dynamics; and, managing culture, innovation and change. For his research he was awarded West Virginia University's "Outstanding Scholar Award."

Ciccarello's areas of expertise are in Organization Development, Appreciative Inquiry and Change Management. He is a Registered Organization Development Consultant, and has over 20 years of global consulting experience in 16 countries, counting among his clients several Fortune 500 companies and international NGOs. He specializes in producing organizational renewal by assisting corporations to develop productive cultures, design synergistic systems, and successfully implement change.
