Department of Law
The Law Department aims to provide students with a global legal education and the necessary legal skills to understand, and serve their societies. It also aims at the creation of a stimulating academic environment to expand the students’ intellectual horizons, to develop their analytical and critical abilities, and to further their creativity and self-development.
The department is located in downtown, Cairo.
The Department of Law focuses on facilitating personal growth, leadership, and excellence through strong student-faculty interaction and applied learning experiences, emphasizing each student’s unique needs and potential; fostering respect for differences among people in preparation for life and employment in a diverse global village.
Two graduate degrees are offered with courses highly important to the development of Egypt and the region.
Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law (LLM)
Master of Arts in International Human Rights Law (IHRL)
