Students can contact Enrollment Services Office. For non-student individuals or groups interested in visiting the campus, please contact the Conference and Visitor Center at 2615-2395 or send an email to cvc@aucegypt.edu to schedule your tour. Conference and Visitor Center AUC’s Conference and Visitor Center offers space on two campuses - AUC New Cairo and AUC Tahrir Square – that are ideal for academic conferences, executive classes, dinner seminars and public lectures. It also has a business support office equipped with all business center facilities: computers, fax machine, photocopier and WiFi Internet connectivity. Access to AUC Campuses No fees are charged for accessing AUC campuses; however access to campuses is authorized by different offices. IDs are issued by the ID unit in the Security Office; the unit issues the ID cards, programs it for access to the appropriate places for the appropriate time. Current Employees and Students The ID unit issues cards directly for current employees and students. Visiting Faculty and Scholars The Provost's Office offers authorization for issuance of IDs for academic visitors. These include visiting faculty and graduate students visiting from other institutions, independent scholars, all of whom must have a departmental sponsor and who are deemed "fellows-without-stipend," and all members of Library consortia institutions, as verified by the Library. The Provost's office may delegate authorization to deans, including the dean of the Libraries. Alumni, Trustees and Parents The Office of Institutional Advancement authorizes the issuance of IDs for alumni, trustees and parents. Visitors for Business Purposes The Office of the Executive Vice President for Administration and Finance authorizes the issuance of IDs for contractors, vendors, and other individuals with business purposes on campus.
