Resident Directors and Assistants
A group of dedicated student staff also supports the residents. Each floor has a resident assistant (RA) responsible for it.

An RA works closely with the students, plays a part in event coordination, planning and implementing social, cultural and educational gatherings, as well as acting as a conflict mediator and floor behavior monitor, etc. An RA is also a tutor, and most importantly, a caregiver.

In addition to resident assistants, there are resident directors (RDs) who live and work in the residence. Resident Directors are involved in the selection, training and supervision of the residential life staff. In addition, their duties include policy development and implementation, and promoting programming efforts.
