AUC is significant in managing two different campuses with various academic programs. AUC New Cairo is comprised of five schools, including the School of Business, Graduate School of Education, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and the School of Sciences and Engineering, while AUC Downtown holds the School of Continuing Education. AUC offers over 30 undergraduate programs and 15 graduate programs serving approximately 5,500 students, as well as continuing education opportunities to enhance the professional and job skills of more than 40,000 students. These wide varieties of disciplines give students the chance to discover and explore their academic interest, while expanding their intellectual knowledge. AUC instills in its students the ability to solve problems, think critically and conduct extensive research, as well as the chance to participate in academic conferences and research centers. This is done through state-of-the-art academic resources and services, as well as a team of more than 300 professional and dedicated scholars, who hold advanced degrees from leading universities around the world. To meet the ever changing global challenges, AUC also offers the Executive Education Program, which consists of the Management Center, located at AUC Downtown, and the International Executive Education Institute at AUC New Cairo. In addition, AUC’s English and Arabic language institutes offer English and Arabic courses to the external community, while the Libraries and Learning Technologies provides access to resources, information and services designed to promote innovative and technologically advanced teaching and learning. |
